We have had three properties fitted with ground and air source, two air source by JB. They were one of the most competitive prices we had. They are very professional, conscientious and always polite. We can't fault the efficiency of the air source or the installation. We would recommend jbgroup if you are going down the renewables route.

  Jon and his team did an excellent job retrofitting our air source heat pump and unvented hot water tank scheme.

Having already spoken to some other heat pump installers before our first home visit from JB Group, Jon was notably more knowledgeable on the associated products and also the practical considerations required when retrofitting them.

Mike was equally helpful and dealt efficiently with all scheme sizing and commercial documentation, and the MCS certification following commissioning.  He also provided helpful advice when the time came for our RHI application.

The installation process itself was excellent.  The site team were highly competent and obliging, and their attention to detail really added to the neat and compact layout of the finished installation. The quality of their workmanship was first class too.

I would have no hesitation in recommending JB Group for air source heat pump installations - including retrofits to older properties, where particular care and attention is necessary if existing pipework and radiators are to be reused.
