Engagement Process

Once we receive a request for our support, Mike our Systems Design expert will contact you to find out about your project and provide you with whatever information you require. Our aim is to give you the benefit of our many years of experience and start that hand holding process by explaining everything from how systems work, incentives and grants available through to estimate pricing and determine with you how you would like us to proceed.

If we have sufficient information from the initial call along with Estate agents details and Energy Performance Certificates if available, we will provide you a quote, subject to survey which will cover what we are proposing and the estimate price.

Within a few days of issuing the quote, we will contact you again only to check that you have received it. If you require clarification or any further information, we will provide it. It is important for us to ensure that you ask questions and highlight any concerns that you may have.

If you decide that you would like to progress further then we will arrange a technical site survey visit. This is not a sales visit; the survey is required to enable us to determine the design characteristics of the property and finalise the quote.

You will not be asked for a payment for us to visit and you will never be asked to make any payment to us until you are completely satisfied that we have supplied you with all of the information you require and you are comfortable placing an order.
